You can migrate to Australia through the Humanitarian Program which is aimed at refugees and others in humanitarian need.

This programme is divided into two categories for the offshore immigrants (those that are not currently living in Australia.)

The first category is the Refugees who are presently living out of their countries for reasons such as Political turmoil, humanitarian catastrophes, violence and bloodshed.

The next category is the Assylum seekers who have to prove that they have had their rights abused in their home country.
